I am young for my age, walking 6 plus K's a day. I still ride motorbikes. I go to Cradle regularly and train my grand kids on road race cycles. Me on one of my motorbikes and them doing the work. I love dogs and walk with one of them daily. I am a practicing Christian: although the CV19 saga has made that very difficult. I make light of most things unless they are serious.
