Me describiría a mi mismo como

God and his Son (Christ) run my life. If you have not given yourself over to obey God (i.e., to strive to love your neighbor as you love yourself), then we have no common interests worth discussing. I love learning history and theology, either through reading or DVD lectures or TV, etc. On a Saturday evening, enjoy kicking back and having a few beers and a nice meal (BBQ, Mexican, Thai) and conversation, or listening to music (classic rock & roll) or watching a movie. On Sunday morning enjoy a worship service and Bible class and learning about the true wisdom for living life and coping with problems. Enjoy walking/hiking and taking in beautiful scenery (especially in Pacific Northwest and Rockies). Love the outdoors and stars at night under an open sky away from city lights. I study mining and mineral exploration companies and invest when I think appropriate. I also read articles on the economy, commodities, politics to aid with investing and be generally informed. On occasion I will watch shows on channels like Nature, History, Animal Planet, Turner Classic Movies, American Movie Classic, and sports channels. I enjoy target shooting and hunting and read magazines to stay abreast of firearms development. I also subscribe to newsletters about investing in mining companies and oil and gas exploration companies. I like to play racquetball. I try to exercise regularly (weight lifting) and eat healthy. The most important thing to me is living to please God and help others, believing that every person will stand before God to be judged one day in the afterlife for how well we treated others. I have little respect for radical environmentalists and extreme vegetarians who think everyone should think and live like they do. My logic is that if wolves and lions and bears can kill and eat other animals, why can't humans? If you look down your nose at humans for doing what is natural (i.e., killing animals to eat them), then you are going to have to treat all meat-eating animals the same way - as inferior to your philosophical standards. Just because a particular lifestyle (e.g., vegetarianism, radical environmentalism) is trendy or 'cool' or 'hip' doesn't mean it is right. It is funny that many of those who despise meat-eaters are those who love cats and dogs and feed their pets meat from animals killed to supply their food.
