Energetic, active and outdoorsy, I am looking to meet someone with whom I can enjoy a fun and adventurous lifestyle. Being outdoors is my very favorite thing whether it is walking, gardening, kayaking, skiing or camping. I also enjoy traveling, dining out, dancing, spontaneous rides to who-knows-where and spending time with my grown family. I think I am pretty funny. Will you? I guess we’ll have to find out.
As a former social worker, I have a heart for service, and can often be found running our community soup kitchen or packing up for a service trip in any number of countries across the globe.
Politically and theologically, I am very liberal and I enjoy discussions about both topics. We don’t have to agree, but I enjoy a good, intelligent conversation any day. That said, a conservative Republican or Southern Baptist would probably not be a good match for me.
I’m admittedly new to the online scene, but look forward to meeting new people for friendship, romance or shared adventures. I lost my soul mate but believe in the possibility of finding another. Whether we are destined to be good friends or something more, I look forward to meeting you!

Get out a map. Choose a direction. Pack the camping equipment and the kayaks and go. Stop at anything that looks interesting. Eat at a mom and pop cafe. Watch the sun set over a mountain lake and talk for hours around a campfire, or......go to dinner and a play and spend the night in a hotel in some city somewhere in the world.
