A born city girl who escaped and lived/worked in the French Alps as a ski guide. Now back in London my love for biomechanics of the body, has also moved to the wonders of the mind and soul. I have a faceted life as a mum, a founder/director of a great wee company that loves skiing and running, and also a psychotherapist - always interested in finding out what moves me, you, who... I like to think I'm open and honest. Who knows what will happen this lifetime, but its fun to try right? I like to take care of myself and expect you to too. I have energy but I also love to chill. Enjoys a good chat, likes being curious - what does that mean - lets find out...
I’m not a fan of London traffic, liquorice, rigid thinking and painful ski boots :D
I love having a good belly laugh, my stash of dark chocolate, turning up the tunes and having a good mum groove (admittedly in the kitchen, when noones looking...), family, friends, health, romance, culture and finding new things to be passionate about. Grabbing opportunity, not taking life too seriously. I like good food (admittedly I can't necessarily cook (can you?) without a recipe, and I need a photo so I know what I'm aiming for...). The sea, skiing and mountains are in my blood, I love the outdoors as much as a comfy sofa (with roaring fire if possible) and a good book.
I love time with my kids (17&15yrs), family and good friends. Being active, fun in the outdoors: mountains or shore, cycling, running, open water swimming and yoga (skiing when we can) seem to feature mostly, but I'm not going to stress if I miss a day or three... Not one to turn down a good movie with a bowl of ice cream either.. or a good chat with an impromptu glass of wine....
If I had one wish I would wish for a smile on my face and loving pride in my heart for the life that I have lived.
